Shelter Leaders Unite brings together directors, managers, and key staff from shelters across Indiana to share practical tools that improve leadership, daily care, operations, and advocacy for animals. 

By attending, you help the Indiana Coalition of Animal Welfare understand your shelter’s realities — intake, staffing, policy hurdles — so we can continue to coordinate resources, training, and statewide support that keeps animals safer and treatment more humane.
